Tracking comes from the carrier, so there is usually a gap between the label being printed and the first scan showing up. That gap is normal and it is not your package sitting still.

Sign in and your order is right there

No password to remember. Put in the email you ordered with, Shopify sends you a six digit code, and your orders and their tracking are on the screen.

The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email, the one we send the day it leaves.

What the four stages mean

Order placed

You get a confirmation email within minutes. If it isn't there, check spam before you write us.

Packed and dispatched

Within 1 to 3 business days of your order. This is when the tracking number is created, and it's the part we commit to.

In transit

The longest stretch. Tracking can go quiet for several days here while the package moves between carriers. It is still moving.

Out for delivery

Your local carrier takes over for the last leg. Duties are settled before the package ships, so there should be nothing to pay at the door.
