Our story

The problem is small.
You are not.

The name is the whole idea. We didn't found anything. We find things, for the parts of the day nobody else took seriously.

Too small to say out loud.

Nobody writes a mission statement about the charger behind the nightstand, or the drawer you have to lift to open. Too small to complain about, so nobody ever does. You just build the day around it, then build the next one the same way.

A small problem once is nothing. The same one every morning for years is a need. That is what we go looking for, and we tell you what the fix does, and what it doesn't, before you pay for it.

What we go looking for.

Three human needs, not three categories
01

A home that cooperates

A house is supposed to hold your life, not argue with it. Most of the argument is small: things that slide, tip, tangle, or refuse to stay where you put them.

02

Not doing it again tomorrow

The worst small problems aren't hard, they're repetitive. Being on the floor behind the nightstand again at 7 a.m. is not a crisis, which is exactly why nobody has ever bothered to fix it for you.

03

Something that just works

You shouldn't need a hack, a manual, or a second purchase to make the first one do its job. Working the first time isn't a feature, it's the entire reason the thing exists.

How your order actually reaches you.

The part most stores skip

We're a small shop and we don't run a warehouse. When you order, the item ships from our supplier's warehouse straight to your door. We get it moving within 1 to 3 business days, and most orders reach a US address 7 to 20 days after that. The exact window is on each product page, because it genuinely differs by item.

We could hide that behind a vague "ships soon" and hope you don't notice. We'd rather put the number on the banner, on the product page and in your confirmation email, so nobody is refreshing a tracking page wondering what went wrong.

Import duties are settled before the package ships. If a carrier ever bills you an import charge anyway, send us the invoice and we refund it. And if the package hasn't reached you by day 30, we refund the order or send another one. Your choice.

!

Slower, and we're not sorry about it

Two-day shipping on a $15 object means somebody is paying for a warehouse, and it isn't the warehouse. We'd rather be honest about the wait than quietly add it to the price.

Who we are.
